3. Booking and Cancellation
Booking: All service appointments must be booked through our website or by calling (925) 584-9846. A deposit or credit card information may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Emergency service cancellations may incur additional fees.
No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without cancellation may result in a service fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is provided during booking and may vary based on the nature of the work required. Our technicians may discover additional issues during service that require additional work or parts.

5. Warranty
Phillips Water Heater Service warrants all work performed for a period of one (1) year from the date of service, except where manufacturer warranties apply. This warranty covers labor only and excludes:

- Damage caused by customer misuse or neglect
- Natural wear and tear
- Issues caused by third-party interference
- Emergency service calls

6. Liability and Limitations
Phillips Water Heater Service performs services in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we cannot guarantee prevention of all water damage or plumbing issues.

- We are not responsible for damage caused by customer negligence
- All work is performed at the customer's property at their risk
- We recommend purchasing water heater protection plans for coverage beyond warranty
7. Service Conduct
Our technicians are professional and courteous. We expect the same respect and conduct from customers:
- Customers must provide safe access to the work area
- Customers are responsible for securing pets during service
- Service may be terminated if the customer is abusive or uncooperative
- Customers are responsible for any hazardous materials on the property
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your plumbing system and issues
- Ensure safe access to the work area
- Review the estimate before work commences
- Maintain the property and plumbing system properly
- Contact us immediately if issues occur after service
9. Permits and Code Compliance
Some repairs and installations may require permits or inspections. We will inform you if permits are necessary. The customer is responsible for any permit costs. We perform all work in accordance with California plumbing code and obtain necessary permits when required.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information collected during service booking is used solely to provide services and contact you regarding your appointment. We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
